Do you have a size guide?
Yes we do. To accommodate our various customers, we provide a detailed Size Guide for you to reference. Please check the description tab to check out which size applies to you.
I like an item but I can’t pay for it now. How long will you hold the stock?
We are more than happy to keep your item for 60 minutes. If 60 minutes have passed and the order still hasn’t been paid for, the pending order will be cancelled and stock released,
I like an item but I want to get it much later. What do I do?
If you like an item but for some reason can’t afford to get it immediately, you can add it to your wishlist from the product page. Please note that when you are ready to get the item it might be out of stock.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept only offline forms of payment. You can pay for items using bank transfer at the moment. More payment methods options coming soon
How much do you charge for delivery?
Shipping is N1,000 flat rate within Lagos only. There’s also free shipping available for orders above N50,000.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

If you do not receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order please check your Spam folder, alternatively the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

Why was my order cancelled?
There may be several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:
If you ordered a single item and we are unable to fulfill the order due to either (1) being out of stock or (2) an unexpected delay in our ability to replenish the item in a timely manner, your order will be cancelled and your original form of payment will be credited with the full amount of your order.
If we make an attempt to reach you regarding an order and have been unsuccessful in contacting you after 7 days, your order will be cancelled and your original form of payment will be credited with the full amount of your order.
What is your returns policy?
All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.
There is something missing/defective/not what I ordered. What do I do?
We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact us within two days of receipt and let us know.
